We ship to any domestic (U.S.) address. We also currently ship to Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom. If you live in another country and would like to place an order, please contact us. Note: we will not ship under any circumstances to Indonesia or Nigeria due to widespread credit card fraud.
We calculate the shipping cost using the official rate tables from the USPS. This cost depends on the weight of the items you order and where you live relative to our factory, which is in New Mexico.
For domestic (U.S.) orders, we ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This usually takes 1-3 days from the time we ship to arrive at your house.
For international orders, we ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. The postal service indicates that this usually takes 3-5 days from the time we ship to arrive at your house. However, packages can be delayed in a variety of ways at international borders, particularly in customs. This is completely out of our control. Please leave ample time for shipping. Also, please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping cost of returns or exchanges. This cost can be substantial, so take care when ordering.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country’s national laws. This is not new. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Check the Worlds Customs Organization Web site for general information, or visit the web site of your country’s customs service.
It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. Postage is charged to cover the cost of delivery only. Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country.
