If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with merhandise you order from us, you may return that merchandise to us at P.O. Box 428, Los Lunas, NM 87031 for refund or replacement up to 45 days after your receipt of the merchandise.
BIG AT HEART LLC is not responsible for any costs associated with your return unless we agree to this in advance. Refunds will given in the same form as your original payment upon actual receipt of the merchandise in orginal condition. If you request replacement merchandise and this merchandise has a different cost than your original order, you will be asked for additional payment or you will receive a credit in the same form as your original payment, as appropriate. For your protection, we strongly suggest that you insure your return shipment since BIG AT HEART LLC is not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE except
- when we have shipped you the wrong items and/or
- the items we have shipped arrive damaged.
You will be asked for additional payment, in advance, to cover the FULL shipping and handling cost (according to BIG AT HEART LLC's normal shipping policies) of replacement merchandise except in the two cases listed above.
You agree that BIG AT HEART LLC's electronic and hardcopy records will serve as the basis for deciding if a mistake has been made and you agree to return items and/or to provide reasonable documentation for inspection if we request it.
We obtain delivery confirmation from the US Postal Service for all packages. If we cannot confirm delivery within 15 business days after we ship, we will offer you the choice of a full refund (including shipping) or a replacement shipment (at no additional cost to you). If you accept a refund for non-delivery, you agree to decline delivery of a shipment if it subsequently arrives.
